JOSH BOUTTE, DARRELL DANIELS, JAMAL LYLES, I’TAVIUS MATHERS COMMIT TO 2017 NFLPA COLLEGIATE BOWL

The NFL Players Association is proud to announce the next set of player commitments to the 2017 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. Joining the National and American team rosters are LSU’s Josh Boutte, Michigan State’s Jamal Lyles, Washington’s Darrell Daniels and MTSU’s I’Tavius Mathers.

  • The 6-foot-5, 346-pound Boutte is a talented lineman for the Tigers. Able to play at either guard spot, Boutte helped pave the way for LSU’s 2,619 rushing yards and 39 touchdowns.
  • In helping lead the 12-1 Huskies into the College Football Playoff, Daniels tallied 307 receiving yards with 17 receptions and three touchdowns at the tight end position.
  • In 11 games this season, Lyles totaled 145 yards and one touchdown on 12 receptions at tight end for Spartans.
  • Through 12 games this season, Mathers accumulated 1,504 rushing yards on 220 carries while scoring 16 touchdowns for the Blue Raiders.
